I got tested 4 weeks later. Came negative
Have no fever no sore throat no rash nothing
Just headache n jaw pain
I am Extremely nervous n depression

Diver told you that from a single episode of unprotected sex, the risk of HIV is low. So, focus on that. And it sounds like your test was 4th generation at a private lab which is conclusive at 28 days and beyond.

Chances of contracting HIV from a single isolated event of unprotected sex with someone of unknown health status are not very significant, though not zero either.
If your test was a 4th generation Duo (Antibody+Antigen) test, then it was conclusive, otherwise repeat the test after another 4 weeks from now for simple antibody test, collect your conclusive report and move on with your life

I have no idea what kind of tests are done in your country. Please see the test report what does it state?
3rd generation ELISA is widely used in Indian government hopspitals. 4th generation duo is only available in private labs.

I just checked my reports again. It was after 20 days of exposure. Is it reliable
Please suggest
20 days is too early so your test can't prove anything. Test again now with a 4th gen, or else wait for 3 months past your exposure and you can use any test.
