Cold sore and a cold could it be hiv symptoms?

I posted a couple days ago regarding the risk of oral transmission while giving oral to a trans sex work. Yall said I was not at risk of transmission.  Today I have developed a small cold and what looks to be a cold sore on my mouth (I have never had cold sores before). It is nown 8 weeks since transmission.  Could this be hiv symptoms?

The advice can't change no matter how many sites you go to while googling for death or how much time you waste studying your body looking for dead end clues to your non-existent disease. Reread it because this is not a debate forum where people produce anecdotal evidence from not credible sources for others with no background in science to speculate with their own guesses. hiv science is 40 years old and straightforward.
