Concerned about HIV

Three years ago ( Jan. 2005) I had 5 unprotected male to female hi-risk encounters in the Far East. Currently, I am unable to get confidential or anonymous HIV testing.  My concerns are as follows: acute pain in my right ankle for nine months, fatigue/stress, small hair follicle infection on wrist for six months and a recently noticed small brown spot on the sole of my foot.
My last HIV tests were confirmed negative Dec. 01 2004 and April 01, 2005. Going to test at the end July 2008 ( earliest time possible) .
Do my symptoms and exposure risks match HIV infection in the given time frame? Could they be unrelated?
I have tried to exclude all the non related issues but any feedback would be helpful

Back to having regular HIV test every year. Makes life much easier and keeps things in perspective.  Been following the adive of always asking the status and keeping things safe

Just got back from my trip to Bangkok and wanted to post that my results were negative. Was given a quick test the finger blood one. Wanted to post my results because it seems so many people never bother to let anyone know. was funny because I was so afraid I had gotten HIV but when it time to test just jumped up and got it done. Twenty minute wait for a result that would dramatically change my life. Was proud of myself. Would like to let others know that testing is the only option.

Cheers!

I guess he would be called "certifiable." He will be, if his ISP stops his service.

I am assuming your last  comment is directed towards that certified individual.

Thank you.

Thank you your quick response.  Yes, I am freaked out. Rather it is imaginary or real will be decided when I test.  Nevertheless, I do appreciate the perspectives of other people. Will let you know the results when my test is completed.

Cheers!

The symptoms you posted have NOTHING to do with HIV ("acute pain in my right ankle for nine months, fatigue/stress, small hair follicle infection on wrist for six months and a recently noticed small brown spot on the sole of my foot. " ?????)

So now after 2 years you're all freaked out?  What's wrong with you man?  The chances you have HIV are extremely slim, just wait till you can get back to somewhere where you can get confidential testing, but this is NOT something to lose any sleep over.

Which is more improtant to you? Your job or your health? If you are infected your health will go down hill and you won't have a job to worry about.

Thank you for your response. I couldn't agree more to my need to be tested and I truly wish I could but under my circumstances i cannot. Dealing with a positive result and being deported by a less than humane way would be to much for me at this time.

I think everyone at here will say symptoms for HIV are not specific and go get yourself tested

Thank you for response. I corrected my exposure date from 2005 to 2006. I was hoping you may respond to my post because you seem level-headed and direct.
Could you repost your thoughts on my corrected dates? I do know  I have had a risk and  it will be confirmed +/- when I test.

Would these rather specific  conditions appear so early?

If you have the time could you follow my posts it would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

If your exposure was in Jan 2005 and you tested negative in April 2005 then you are conclusively negative. You don't need anymore tests for HIV.

Risk exposure was Feb 2006 not Jan 2005
