Condom Broke wioth a sex worker, Please help!

I was in pune, India and i had a sexual encounter with a sex worker. When i inserted into her vagina the first time the condom almost instantly broke. Within the blink of an eye, i pulled out, changed my condom and had sex. What are my chances of contracting HIV? I do not know the HIV status of the sex worker.

Post exposure treatment is not recommended for an exposure such as yours. Your risk was very small.

I still have time to take Post exposure prophylaxis, Should i go ahead with it? The side effects are quite severe.
