Condom broke during anal sex

I had protected anal sex (insertive position) and during the penetration the condom broke, I immediately felt it and pulled my penis out, my penis was inside the ass for 1 second when the condom broke, there was no ejaculation and I didn't saw blood on my penis. do I have to worry? or the probability of getting HIV is very low?

should I go to the hospital to get PEP?

Obviously, any unprotected encounter is a risk, but with such a brief encounter, the risk is quite low.

If it has been under 72 hours since the event, you are eligible for PEP.  The choice of whether to take it or not is entirely yours.

how many days after the event I have to be tested for STDs?
This forum is only for HIV.  A 4th or 5th generation HIV test is consdiered conclusive 28 days after the event.  If you have questions about STDs, you can ask in our STDs forum here: https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs---STIs/show/98
what does it mean 4th or 5th generation HIV test?
These are tests offered by clinics.  You will have to ask the clinic what test they offer.
