Condom broke while having sex with a prostitute

Hi, i just understood that , the question which i am going to ask is a stale question which 100's of people have asked.

I just had sex with a prostitute and in the course of action my condom broke and my penis bulb was totally exposed to the vagina for probably 30 seconds or less.this is my first interaction with a pros. according to the answers already given....what i understand is ...
- the chances of getting infected are pretty low, is that right?
-i washed my penis with soap immediately and even poured aftershave lotion in some time, will that help ?
- is there a test with which i can get to know of the chances of getting infected?

please help me.....

Ramesh

can anyone help me,
around a week back i had a sex oral and only one minute vaginal with sexworker. this was the first and last stupid act i did since i was heavily drunk. my penis was not completely erected and she hold my penis and inserted into it but it was hardly penetrated and i started pumping in semi ercted position after 40-50 sec it got discharged. then she immediately took out my penis . but as i was drunk i forgot to wash at that night and left the place with guilt.
1.next morning i felt very tired and loss of concntration.
2.three days after i got a lymph node on my stomuck, and one on chest
after 6 days of exposer i went to dr. he suggested me to wait for three weeks of window period, but he took urine and blood for another std tests and gave some pills for sound sleep.
i am under lots of pressure since first day, and i dont want to die with this deadly desiese , i have lot of responsibilities and love my  friend & family very much. cannot leave them like this.
IF I GOT THIS DESIESE HIV CAN IT BE CURED IF NOT AS I HAVE GONE THROUGH IN SITES THEN HOW LONG I CAN LIVE WITH THIS DISIEASE now already one week past away and i still feel very tired and fatigue, DRY MOUTH and EXCESSIVE URINATION, my friend says that this may be because i am under very stress or as per the symptoms  i might have caught new desiase called diabeties.
pl. help me what to do now..

What you are feeling, is a muscle spasm..nothing serious..its just when your muscle twitches..its just like an eye twitch, at a different part of your body..so dont worry.

You don't have a HIV concern, see a Dr to figure out what is going on.

hey ppl,
1st of all i like to thank every one of you for the support......
i got the test done METHOD: E.L.I.S.A ...which says its

A NON REACTIVE result implies that no Anti HIV-1  or Anti HIV-2 antibodies have been detected in the sample by this method. This means that either the patent has not been exposed to HIV-1 or HIV-2 infection or the sample has been tested during the "WINDOW PHASE

is elisa reliable..i got it done almost after 5 months from the date of exposure so are there chances of window period being more than that?...

there is a muscle tiredness and i feel something is running under my skin; what must b the reason.......is it due to some type of cramp?

thank u
warm regards
ramesh

First of all, this is not the doctor's forum, and secondly.....we cannot help you...you need to take a test...that is the ONLY way you will know if you are infected or not...we can not tell you that on the internet.

BACKGROUND-------------------------------------------------------------

hi thanks a lot for the answers ........

i could not bear the psychological pressure after the condom break incident with a prostitute ......
i went back to the prostitute and took the prostitute for a blood test......... and the result showed the prostitute was not affected with HIV...
the diagnostic report was something like this...........

...........................................BLOOD FOR H.I.V TEST...........................................................................

METHOD: E.L.I.S.A

REPORT : NON-REACTIVE

INTERPRETATION:
1) A NON REACTIVE result implies that no Anti HIV-1  or Anti HIV-2 antibodies have been detected in the sample by this method. This means that either the patent has not been exposed to HIV-1 or HIV-2 infection or the sample has been tested during the "WINDOW PHASE"(before the development of detectable levels of antibodies)

2)A PROVISIONALLY REACTIVE/BORDERLINE, REACTIVE result suggests the possibility of HIV-1 or/and HIV-2 infection. However these results must be verified by a confirmatory western Bolt-1-2 test before pronouncing the patent positive for HIV-1 and/or HIV-2 infection.

3) please note that high level of IgM antibiotics of Anti-HLA ABC and DR antibiotics can give false positive reactions.

the above was the result............

can i assume that the chances have been eliminated.........?
so do u guys suggest me to go to a doctor to prevent any STD's please suggest.....................?

please help...

Ramesh

Of course there is a test. You test at 6 weeks and if that test is negative retest at 3 months to get a conclusive test. You also should be tested for STDs.
