Condom malfunctioned.

I had sex with a guy on 16th May, while we were at it the condom broke and he ejaculated inside me. However he told me he did have a similar experience in Jan of this year where the condom broke but the guy who was receptive was hiv negative, since the guy claimed he was negative. So my top and I are worried now, during the interim the guy did not have similar exposure and there was no malfunction etiher. Due to my nervousness the guy gave me reassurnace and tested on Rapid HIV test FDA approved on May 18th to rule out he is negative. What are my chances of getting infected.

Highlights:
He topped a bottom in January, when the condom broke, bottom was negative as the bottom was willing to show his report.

On 16th may smiliar thing happened to me and I was nervous and the guy tested negative post exposure of 115days and tested negative. The top assured me there was no similar exposures Post Jan Mid till 16th may when it happened to us.

Do I need a retest since the top is HIV negative post 115days of exposure.

A duo/4th gen test is conclusive after 28 days. Any other test is conclusive after 3 months. Whoever tested after 115 days is negative, so I hope that answers your question.
