Feel and scratched my knee on sidewalk

I feel badly and scratched my knee on the ground, my jeans got torn and the scratch was quite bad and scanned over, is there anyway that I could have picked up a blood born virus like hiv or hep,

Last question and I know it's unlikely and hypothetical, but let's say there was hiv blood on the spot on the ground when I gashed my knee, it was friction related and tooth a layer of skin about 2 inches by 2 inches.

Any bodily fluids, once exposed to air, is not infectious anymore. You are safe to move on. You had no risk.

Yup. As an adult, Hiv is transmitted by having unprotected vaginal/anal sex and by sharing iv drug needles with other drug users. That's all.

You don't get hiv in the manner you describe. You had no risk.
