Condom slip HIV risk

Hello, two weeks ago I was having sex with a man and the condom slipped off. I didn’t notice it but it couldn’t have been more than 5 minutes. I found the condom inside me when we switched positions. He didn’t ejaculate inside me, but I don’t know if there was pre-cum involved. I’ve looked on the forum and it’s not clear to me if this is considered a significant risk. I went to get tested today for STI’s; I will get my HIV result (and all t others) tomorrow. At two weeks how reassured should I be if my results are negative? I plan to get tested again at 4-6 weeks. These are duo tests for the sake of specificity. I have developped  a sore throat since yesterday and feel that my anxiety is torture but am no longer sure if I’m being rational or not. Thank you in advance for your help.

Your HIV test isn't conclusive, but any negative test is a good sign.

The risk from a one-time vaginal event if your partner is HIV+ - and that is a BIG *IF* - is only 0.08%.  In other words, a 99.92% of not getting infected.  We only do HIV in this forum, but if you are concerned about STDs, you can ask here: https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs-STIs/show/98

Thank you. I got my test results  today and they are reassuring- so far everything is negative. May I ask you, when symptoms occur do they  accompany antibody production or the antigenp24?
They would occur around 2-4 weeks post-infection, if you were to get them.  Not everyone does.  Also, the symptoms would be overwhelming and you'd feel physically awful, so you can safely ignore any minor medical issues.

I presume you can't get him to test.
A duo is conclusive after 4 weeks and any other after 3 months, so picking up your result of what will amount to an inconclusive test tomorrow is a waste of your time and is unlikely to provide any comfort because of that reason.
hiv docs can't diagnose from symptoms so no one here pays attention to them and you will be best of to ignore them yourself. If he is negative then you are guaranteed to be too, so that is the only statistic that I would focus on while trying to pass the time by being as relaxed as your mind allows for the next 2 weeks.
Good luck.

He says  he tested negative last October. He hasn’t tested since. That’s all the information I have unfortunately,
If he tests neg today and hasn't had any unprotected during the abovementioned window periods relevant to the test he uses  then you are also negative.
He’s not going to test. He thinks I’m overreacting.
If he always uses a condom there is nothing to test for because you can't get hiv when you use a condom. Perhaps that is why he won't test.
