Condom slipped hiv risk
Hi recently i went to massage center given me blowjob without condom and had a vaginal sex with condom after 40 seconds I saw my condom slipped halfway way base of condom came to top near to my foreskin I stopped there i am I infected with this exposure and during blowjob without condom she split her saliva on my penis tip is it possible for any transmission chances for hiv in this exposure do I need prep treatment
Oral is not a risk for hiv because it is instantly inactivated dead in air or in saliva. Only the head needs protection so the condom covered that and made you safe. Move on from hiv fears because this was a non event.

Since you had no risk there cannot be anything to test for.
