The blood in the barrel of they syringe is not exposed to air and it is injected directly into a vein.

Plese  tell me, why drug addicts infected, because the needle is above HIV or the inner part of the needle cylinder caused by HIV infection? If there is no injection action, only the needle pricking, the risk of infection will be different?

But you the following explanation is incorrect, the knife does not spread HIV. If there is the case, you can list. No one is willing to accept the wrong advice.

The knife is not a hollow needle, similar in shape to the object is a threat. Can you tell me, why drug addicts infected, because the needle is above HIV, or the inner part of the needle cylinder caused by HIV infection?

Ok. Then I'm guessing that when it comes to sharing IV drug works hiv could be transmitted because the blood is contained within the needle and syringe.
Is that correct?

That is exactly what I'm telling you. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Thank you TEAK, you said I know the theory. But I'm scared of a hollow needle, a hollow needle is an exception. So I was always afraid of similar hollow needle object exists, indirect infection HIV. like thorns.

I've never heard of a plant thorn, giving hiv to anybody. Plants do not carry hiv.
Why would you think a plant thorn could give you hiv?

You need to stab somebody with hiv and have blood on the object and immediately stab yourself to get hiv whether its a needle or not.
