Could I have contracted HIV?

Dear forum. About a month ago I visited a massage parlor. The Thai massage lady proposed a body to body massage which I (stupidly) accepted. I was laying totally naked on my back and she was totally naked as well. She was sitting on my penis and started to rub. I directly moved my penis behind her butt to avoid direct contact with her vagina. The rubbing continued and she was very wet. I was not wearing a condom because I did not want and did to my best knowledge not penetrate her at all. But the the head of my penis was exposed to her vaginal secretions may have happened. She moved up to my chest and I fingered her. She moved backwards again and again I moved my penis behind her but to avoid contact. Honestly, I am confident I did not penetrate her. She helped me to ejaculate by hand (possibly contaminated with her fluids). Thats it. Now after 4 weeks I have bad fever (up to 38,9) already for a few days. The fever goes up and down. I have been reading many many of your responses, but I really would appreciate your response on my question if I as at any risk here. In addition, no oral, nothing. My main concern is her vaginal fluid that could soak the head of my penis. Thank you for your reply. Very appreciated and my apologies for taking your time.

If you read many responses you have read the only way to get hiv sexually is penetrating unprotected. Not sure why you are thinking you can get hiv without penetration since it was dead in air. The massage parlor woman knows that, and you should accept it too.
If you have a fever get checked for Covid.

Thank you so much for your response. My Covid test today turned out to be negative. And yes, I read many of the posts. But the worry of a soaking wet vagina touching the head of my penis makes me unbalanced again. It also will have to do with anxiety about this event because I cannot find any other reason. But thank you very much AnxiousNoMore. I appreciate your reply.
It was a placebo test since you had no exposure, so it can only be negative. You don't have any medical training so it is not surprising that you cannot find any other reason. See a doctor instead of fixating on the only disease you can think of.
You are right. I dont have a medical training. I did the covid test to be sure if a positive result of covid could be the reason for my fever. Well it turned out negative. Then anxiety turns in agin and the event pops up (again and again). Extensive contact of vaginal secretions with my penis head made me think again (and again) if I was perhaps at risk because of that. I am in contact with my family doctor about the fever. Will see tomorrow. Thanks  again AnxiousNoMore
Oops I missed that you did a Covid test and assumed it was an hiv test - so it wasn't a placebo. Anyway, see doc if you have a health problem because it isn't hiv.
