HIV transmission via rashes

Hello!
Sorry for bothering. Can you help me please? I would be so grateful.

On friday a homeless lady helped me out. In exchange she asked me to buy a newspaper from her...ofc i did it. When she gave me the newspaper i noticed that her palm was full of very disgusting rashes and i had some small (about 2 hours old, not bleeding cuts) on my hand. Is there any possibility that i contracted HIV from her by SOMEHOW getting in contact with her rashes? Is there ANY possibility? Do i need to get tested? Do i need Pep?

Thank you so much
in advance!❤️

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (her fluids, skin, her blood etc. which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event.
The idea that "open wounds" are a transmission point for hiv is incorrect.
All of your other posts were deleted so were they about hiv too?

Thank you for your answer. Yes they were, but different scenarios that happened in the past.

Im not even sure if her rashes got in touch with my minor scars also about 2-3 mins after i put hand sanitizer into my wounds...eventho it hurt.
I was just worried but since (i guess) no blood (or at least not huge quantity) was involved, i guess im safe.

The main point is that i didnt touch her rashes directly with my scar.
The thing that ive never understood is that what s the difference of “getting HIV by having sex” or “getting HIV by having blood-to-blood contact”. Can i kindly ask you to explain it please? Thank you in advance❤️
This is not a biology course, it's forum advice how to prevent getting hiv. Next time you wonder if you had a risk ask yourself if you did any of the 3 and after you answer "Nope", move on.
