Could it be HIV?

I'm a man who had a relationship with a gay 11 years already have past. He did only blow job on me for several times, since then I suffered for frequent urination and urge to urinate and sometimes there's this cloudy water look discharge on my penis until now. I never had any other sexual relationship until just this year march...
I haven't undergo any treatment because of financial problem before...

I tried to consult a doctor last year November, The doctor said that it should cleared up already considering the time. So he asked for urinalysis and he also explain it could be a problem in prostate. The doctor also aske if did i lost weight.
I never came back because every time I had a day off I feel so tired and sometimes I no more money... I tried urinalysis this march but I did not bring it to the doctor. the result is rbc - 2 wbc-3 if i remember correct.

Now I experienced

frequent and urge to urinate (since 11yrs ago
penile discharge (for 11 years come and go and back)
discomfort feelings in pelvic area
pelvic pain getting worst
difficulties in concentrating or thinking (noticed since 2014)
forgetfullness
always feeling tired and weakness
feels like I have fever every morning (several weeks already)
night sweats
chilling (even if only using electric fan)
lost of appetite
weigh lost
sometimes head ache
sometimes red rash on my face
sore on my tongue (usually not painful) and whites
numbness in hand and feet.
heat sensitivity (hyperthyroidism haven't test yet)

also have problem with my right tonsils it became bigger than the left
since I always poked with toothpick to get tonsil stones

They also said that chlamydia or gonorrhea could cleared up it self if you have good immune system
I've read about hiv that 10 - 15 years progress to AIDS if not treated
I wish and pray it is not hiv...

feels like i have fever everyday... haven't checked temp because I don't have thermometer.
Sorry for my English...

You can't get HIV from oral so there is no purpose in spending all this time worrying about HIV. Continue working with your doctor if you have problems but they have nothing to do with HIV.

Thank you for your response.
I wish and pray that you are correct, because I read also about oral sex.

Risk of HIV
The chance an HIV-negative person will get HIV from oral sex with an HIV-positive partner is extremely low. However, it is hard to know the exact risk because a lot of people who have oral sex also have anal or vaginal sex. The type of oral sex that may be the riskiest is mouth-to-penis oral sex. But the risk is still very low, and much lower than with anal or vaginal sex.

Though the risk of HIV transmission through oral sex is low, several factors may increase that risk, including sores in the mouth or vagina or on the penis, bleeding gums, oral contact with menstrual blood, and the presence of other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).

I'm worried also about my penile discharge and pain in pelvic area.
and also the symptoms that i experience.
We rely on the opinion of expert doctors, so I can't be arguing with some article that you read. If you wish to believe it then take a test instead of wasting another 11 years in purposeless fear because you are trying to work up an impossible science theory without any medical training to understand the biology. Or you could see a doctor now and get looked at to find if the symptoms are just in your imagination or are some other problem.
Thank you. You're right it's best to consult a doctor.
Now I have financial problem so I might do it later... I'm really not feeling well I hope and pray everything will be okay.
I want to live longer...
