Cunnilingus / bleeding tongue & vaginal secretion on penile sore

I am male and met with a female escort of unknown status.  Immediately prior to undertaking cunnilingus I had bitten my tongue. I performed cunnilingus for some minutes until she climaxed at which point she was very wet.  It was only afterwards that it was evident that my tongue was in fact bleeding where I had bitten it.  

1. What is the risk related to this event?

We then proceeded to condom protected vaginal sex (I did not ejaculate) after which she performed fellatio over the same condom until I did ejaculate. On removing the condom I felt a ‘sting’ on the shaft of my penis where I found a small sore that I thought had healed and no longer an open sore.

2. If the ‘sting’ was as a result of vaginal secretion from the outside of the condom coming into contact with the open sore would it be a significant risk?
