Cunnilingus after Biting my tongue with blood

Just like an hour ago, I had protected sex with a sex worker and the condom was intact all through out. Like an hour before I saw her I bit my tongue. I performed cunnilingus on her vagina for a minute. And while washing my mouth afterwards I saw blood. Am I at risk for HIV. Should I visit ER to get post exposure medications? Kindly advise and I am panicking.

That is not a risk for HIV. The only risks are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV drug needles to inject drugs. Oral sex has both air and saliva involved, both of which inactivate the virus. Ad you used a condom during penetrating sex, so no risk. Including if your tongue was bleeding. No risk.

Read this comment late. I went to ER here in Canada. I am prescribed with PEP for 28 days. Should I proceed?
PEP is intended to prevent HIV infection after exposure.  Since you had no risk for HIV, there is nothing for the PEP to prevent.
Thanks for clarifying. The doctor said the wound is little deep so it’s better to go on PEP
