Cut on finger and and rubbed vagina - HIV risk?

Truly worried

I cut my finger with a knife around 6 weeks ago. Maybe 5mm. Bleeding stopped with pressure and a plaster. For context - It has actually left a small scar now.

Well I rubbed a chinese massage ladies ***** the day after, not realizing the cut finger was uncovered. It was maybe 12-16 hours after the cut. I’m fairly sure i didn’t finger her. Initially I refused sex but during the massage when my hands wandered she took of her underwear and laid down. I’m not sure if she expected me to have sex but she didn’t take out a condom. I’m worried she had HIV. She was very wet.

Exactly 2 weeks later I got nausea, sore throat, muscle and joint pains lasting 2 weeks. I felt hot but I don’t think I was feverish. Now For the last 2 weeks I’ve felt fatigued in arms and legs intermittently, and had tingling, numbness and pinching feeling on toes, soles of feet, fingers and palms.

It’s worse I remember feeling, no cough, runny nose or diarrhea or vomiting.

Trusted websites state no risk of transmission. But other sites say there is a risk if vaginal secretions get into even a non bleeding cut. According to Quora there’s a HIV specialist who is adamant you can get HIV from fingering with a cut. Then I read about a rare case of child tonchild transmission in 1993 and father to son in 2018.

If I had no symptoms I would not worry. However all my symptoms can be present and fit the time scales for ARS. I don’t have any symptom that is not an ARS symptom. Online diagnosis tools show HIV as a possibility of my symptoms.

My Dr checked CBC and other tests but they are normal, especially for causes of peripheral neuropathy. He admitted i should do HIV test but I will be kicked out of from Dubai if positive.

So to conclude - I have ARS like symptoms (real not imagined), at ARS timings, have felt unwell. The sore throat, nausea, hot flashes settled but fatigue in arms and legs, numbness/tingling in hands and feet remain.

I remain worried about HIV from my above contact.

Of course I’m a bit stressed by the above. Any thoughts please.

This is not a risk for HIV.  Here is how adults get HIV.  They get it from unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse (penetrating) or sharing of IV drug needles.  Air inactivates the virus. Even with a cut, you would not get hiv from what you describe as there are no know, documented cases of HIV transmitting via fingering.  So, you had no risk and may move on without worry.

1) symptoms are not reliable in the diagnosis of hiv.
2) there are other causes for neuropathy
3) wound would have clotted thats why theres no risk. Your body will not want any pathogen to enter wound So the wound will 'close' itself quickly
