Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( nipple, fluids, maybe blood from wound etc.). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this question. Did I do any of the 3? Then after you say "No, I didn't" then it's time to move on back to your happy life.

It's answered already.  I said (and clearly) that there is no risk touching a nipple.  It's not one of the three ways someone gets HIV.  Written again for you . . . This is how someone gets HIV.  1. they have unprotected vaginal sex.  OR 2. they have unprotected anal sex or 3. they share IV drug needles.  Nipple touching is NOT a risk.  Even with blood or milk (and you said there wasn't that, why change the story just to make yourself more nervous?).  You sound highly anxious and you may want to begin working on that as your mental health is causing you to overthink and over worry.

No, this is not how people get HIV.  Touching things, nipples or skin will not result in HIV transmission.  The only way adults get HIV is from having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Air inactivate the virus.  So, touching a breast whether there was a cut, blood or milk will NOT be a risk, does not transmit HIV and you do NOT need to worry or test.

Doc i asked another what if my finger are cut by blood touch or play the women cut blood or milk it possible to get HIV
Regardless if there was blood or milk, it is still not a risk for HIV.  You don't and won't ever get HIV that way.  Transmission takes place INSIDE the body.  Air inactivates the virus.  Please accept this answer as it is accurate .  You had zero risk.
