MR.Hunter,i am a student in singapore, my english level is low ,so i am very gratefully you can look my letter,this is vert very important to me..
   last friday,i did something wrong,i went to the red-light districts,and i ****** with a prostitute,at the started,we washed body together,then we did sex about 5minutes,i already drunk,so i told her,i feeling not good,then she changed pose to me,she just did handjob to me,this is the point of that night,when she use her hand then i say,if you want use your hand that you can take off the condom, then a terrible thing happend,a few minutes ago when we sex,her vaginal fluid still around my ****,then immediately she used her handjob to me again,i am really worry about this,maybe she let her vaginal fluid touch my glans and get in my inside urethra by her hands,i am not sure how many vaginal fluid when she take off my condom and use handjob,and also not sure
there is no vaginal fluid to enter my urethra and touch my glans,  DR.Hunter,as you see, could you give me a impersonal and professional answer,how many chance i would be infections? we have no kiss,just simple talk with she,and during the handjob,i was put my finger to her vagina,i can not believe what i have done,i just quarrel with my grilfriend,and i love my parents,i am so much regret,i will do test after 4 weeks, but how can i get through 4 weeks long,i can not sleep these, i hope you can analysis what i have done,and how many risk i really are,many thanks for you..

one more thing,next week i will go back to china,i have to came back to singapore after 1 month,only 4weeks i can stay in china,there is not enough time to make the 6week test,so ,do you know any singapore hiv test?is that exact?and what kind test they would do to me?

a test at 3 months post exposure gives one a conclusive test result.

i had a test 2weeks ago ,11month form lost exposure, result is negative,actully i had two test last two week, two negative,doctor told me dont worry about this anymore ,  is it truth?

The problem with 'medical advice' in singapore is that there is an overarching 'kia xi' ('scared die', or 'paranoia') syndrome (of chinese origins) that basically assumes everything to be possible given the minutest person-to-person exposure.  

Doctors generally recommend to people that they have to do a hiv-test for up to 6 months as well.  And when you do a test, they generally don't ask you when your last exposure was or any related questions.  Hence, there is a great amount of public ignorance.  And the medical profession there benefits greatly in financial terms.  One must also keep in mind that people generally and popularly view each other along opportunistic lines as well.

I pity the bloke above as he is a victim of his own culture.  I'm from singapore too by the way - but in the UK now.

If u're still in Singapore, there are various clinics that offer anonymous screening & tests. You can look it up google. Here's another useful link. www.hiv.sg but is more expensive.
