Deep kissing, fingering and breast sucking fear

Dear Dr.
This site is very helpful to me and guiding me to understand all to know about HIV... I am very glad that these site exist to help fearful anxiety, guilty people about the mistakes they had committed...
i have read alot of your answer to the questions about Deep kissing, Fingering and breast sucking... I would like to ask if i were in any risk or affected in my escapade...

Last January 13 i went to a CSW in a bar (Philippines) and we had some deep kissing maybe three times of 20 seconds  i think and i fingered here once for about 10 sec i think and i kiss her  breast with tongue 2 times... please answer me... am i at risk of what i did?
a week after that i had severe sore through so severe that i cannot breath that one time i fainted because of that... and right now from January of the exposure until now i have a feeling of chill every after meal particularly after lunch in the afternoon does it have connection like ARS?
I went to 3 doctors and they told me not to be afraid and not to worry... I already told my my wife, mother in law, sister and some friends... they don't want me to go for a test... they wold me that God had already forgiven me and just have faith.... i hope i can hear some answers from you thank u

No HIV risk from this transmission at all. Whatever symptoms you are experiencing are not related to HIV.
