Delay spary + condom = HIV risk?

Hi,on 26/04/2018 I had protected vaginal intercouse with prostitute and the condom was intact during intercourse(before 30 minutes I have applied the delay spray on my penni's)and I have gently sucked her nipples,as far as I know nothing came out of her nippels.And after six days I got one rash on back of my shoulder and I got sore throat.are these ars sysmptoms?did I get HIV?
Does delay spray i have applied before thirty minutes can cause damage to condom?
Please help me.

As long the condom dosent break apart then your protected from hiv infection.

Thank u very much for the reply. Condom didn't burst or broke during intercourse.
But does the delay spray can make tony lityle holes to latex condom?
No. If a condom fails it is a large rip down the seam and it  hangs in tatters, so micro holes are a myth.
