Did I get my wife and kids sick please help
Hi this is my story
I had unprotected sex with a girl from work 6 months ago in the back of a vehicle she was on top i ejaculated in side her but when it pulled out i noticed a little bit of blood. I'm a married man and I've never done this before my wife is my life and we were going threw things for at least a year I love her very much .and i feel terrible I'm a monster. i got sick after about 3 or 4 weeks after the exposure got an ear infection and it was super painful i remember a week before that i scratched the inside of my ear with a wooden object my ears are always itchy and i work in a warehouse and there's a bunch of dust i remember scratching that same ear and say darn it is have a cut there and my hands are black with dirt . So if went to the doctors office and he said i had a red throat i didn't feel it at the time didn't even notice so he gave me ear drops and antibiotics for my throat he didn't take a swab just prescribed them he was in and out less then 3 minutes so it took my meds and a day later i get a low grade fever for about a day or two with swollen lymph nodes. my ear infection got worst and stayed for about 2 weeks then cleared up i noticed a small skin colored rash on my rib right under the nipple it didn't really itch only when i sweat alot at work and was my skin tone i didn't think much of it during this time i had unprotected sex with my wife regularly i don't remember her getting sick i did see flesh colored bumps on her buttocks about 6 of them spread out a bit and only on one cheek i asked her about it and she said she didn't realize it again didn't think much of it around that time i started to notice i was getting a what looked like a few red folliculitis bumps on my thighs and as time went on i had more and more on my buttocks hip and thigh but just thought it was from all the sweating i do at work. Then about mid November i picked up a refrigerator and felt my fingers in my right hand go numb and it Saturday that was for about 36 hrs.i started to feel sharp stabbing pains in my upper back and i just figured it was because of that. Then I'll noticed that my eyes would get blood red and really irritating every night i was at work just thought it was allergy's then finally at 4 1/2 months me and my two children and wife got sick around the same time i had a really weird feeling in my body is got a hot flash then super neausues then pins and needles all over my body and light headed then i felt really cold all hapened within a few seconds then disappeared I've never felt like that before ever! then it happened again a day later about 3 days later my wife comes home from work and she tells me the same thing happened to her then again the next day and i never told her about it untill she told me thats when panick set in i didn't feel right we got all these symptoms fever, night sweats, loud stomach growling, loose stools , swollen lymphnodes, in the neck and my red bumps start breaking out all over my back and upper arms about 3 on the chest and all over my buttocks hip and thigh area, tiredness flank and back pain also lower left abdomen cramping thats all there symptoms that we shared my two year old son got a rash under his bicept and it spread to his chest then stomach and it was very itchy for him it went away in about 10 days . i lost my appetite for about 4 weeks had zero appetite my wife forced me to eat. Everyone now has folliculitis on them i spot maybe about 3 on each of my kids and a bunch on my wife's thighs i started googling and lost my mind my wife has a yeast infection i developed dermititis around the 2nd month mark after exposure and we all have these symptoms for about a month and a half starting at 4 months exposure so i went to a clinic and test at about 24 weeks or 6 months with the clear view HIV 1 and 2 rapid test in think it was gen 3 because he only said antibodys and the test came out non reactive and he said it it's over 3 months that means I'm HIV free so i was happy for a few days then i got a white coating on my tounge and a nasty taste in my mouth i think it's thrush and my tounge bleeds a bit when i brush it off also it looks like white hair on my tounge I also sometimes hear my ears ringing but just for a few seconds and me and my wife get random muscles aches also I noticed my nails changing with vertical lines down the nails and the bed is white and red and all of us still have a sore throat and swollen lymphnodes we went to the doctor and everyone's blood work came out great they ran thyroid test lipid test CBC and a bunch of stuff she said everything looked great but that my red blood cells had an off color idk what that means she said it is probably from me not eating for a while that kind of scared me but she said everything else was perfect idk what to do my family's still sick and we all have enlarged lymphnodes in the neck and also I've noticed jolting very frequently muscle jolting while everyone is asleep this can't be normal we've been having symptoms for two months I just don't know how HIV could break our immune system down this fast I thought it took years . one week a pimple was bleeding on my back and my son touched it that's how i think he was infected and idk about my daughter I think my wife gave her about an ounce of breast milk that was the last time she had breast milk justthe one time she's 5yrs old but she's sick also everyone has recurring but very brief fevers almost like our body gets hot for 15 minutes around 99° then we go back to normal everyday sometimes 3 times a day our hands get super hot and super cold it's so weird and there taste buds look a bit enlarged on there tounges i just don't want my stupid mistake of 5 minutes to kill my wife and kids there my life I'm so scared and depressed i cry 10 times a day i can't look at them without crying should i get another hiv test done? is it conclusive at 21 weeks? do you think this is HIV? If it is then i don't deserve to live. I basically killed them being selfish and greedy and arrogant I'll handle my self so they won't have to look at the man who did this to them :'( please help me please.

Dear friend, I just read your story, it's so similar to the things that are happening to me and my girlfriend right now. Almost in same situation here, my test is negative too.

Yea man I really hope so I'm starting to realize that some stuff is in my head like my nail changes I don't think they actually changed I'm just over analyzing everything now good luck to you and I hope you and your girlfriend are healthy god bless

Symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV. Only risk factor and test results matter. All HIV tests currently on the market are conclusive at 3 months post exposure. You do not have HIV since you tested negative 3 months post exposure.

That is an epic post, so I just read the last sentence. I hope you accept Chima7 advice and immediately go back to your normal life instead of beating yourself up for no reason.
