Do I Have HIV, ANXIETY OR COULD IT BE SOMETHING ELSE ?

Hi, about 7 months ago I had unprotected once, which I ejaculated in the person. About 3 weeks later I got an cold sore on my mouth but I’ve been getting cold sores all my life so I didn’t think anything of it. Then about 2 weeks later I started to google symptoms of HIV & I started to get them. The symptoms were, 1. Night sweats 2. Mild Sore throat/ fever 3. Muscle aches 4. Diarrhea 5. Rash’s. But I never got flu like symptoms. But about 2 months after that my hands/feet started to peel & turn like a yellowish color, my fingernails have white vertical lines in them( I’ve been biting my nails my whole life) & both of my big toes  are yellow but they’ve been like that very since I can remember. I also have been getting bumps on my thighs, chest & back of my left arm. Do I have HIV or could this be another STD, STI or any other Infection ?

Thank you
Any test is conclusive after 3 months so that is what you need to do. Symptoms can't be used to diagnose HIV by doctors or anyone else including yourself, so you are wasting your time over-examining your body trying to get an answer that can never come.
You have suffered with this uncertainty for a long time so you need to take the step forward to get the answer.

Hello, most people do not have hiv or sti. Most one time unprotected encounters with infected partners do not result in infection. Please read the link on my comment. It should make you feel better I know it only covers oral but the same is relevant to a one time encounter.
