Do I have risk?

I am male, and just dated with a male. We kissed with tongue, and we masturbated each other. I touched his penis and anal. Neither were ejaculated. Then I didn’t wash my hand, my hand touched a cup then I drinked water by using the cup and I was sure my mouth touched area where my hand just touched the cup... I am wondering if there is any risk for HIV if he is positive.

No risk. HIV is not spread through casual contact or from an object.

Below are the only risk of transmission in an adult:

1. Unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse.

2. Sharing IV needles to inject drugs in to your body.

Testing isn't necessary. Always use condoms correctly and consistently for vaginal or anal intercourse to stay away from HIV.
