Do I need to be tested? Please help

I visited a prostitute which I have done in the past. I was intoxicated but I think I can remember the details... We did not have sexual intercourse. She gave me an un protected blowjob, handjob, and I rubbed my penis on and around her vagina lips and I got her vaginal moisture on the tip of my penis. two weeks after the exposure I have developed a migraine and persistent dry cough that is not getting better. My questions are:

1. If her vagina fluids entered me from the frottage does this put me at slight risk? and do I need to be tested?
2. is it possible that my symptoms are due to HIV infection.

I'm extremely worried and I need advice. for all purposes, let's assume that she was HIV+
Thanks.

My symptoms are making me believe that there was some risk, even if it was very small. Are you 100% positive that these activities carry no risk?

You had no unprotected penetration, therefore you had no risk.
