Do i need to do test?

Hi guys first of all thank you for your services.
I am male and i have been sexually active from last few years and have been paying for sex more then 20 time so i have a sore on my penis and i have receiving oral sex unprotected all the time and giving oral vagina and anal also I don’t have many dental problems as well i have always used condoms with no exception and as far I know i have not seen any condom break so is it easy to know when the condom break and do i have to do an HIV test for these instance’s. Please help it will be very helpful

Condom protected sex is not a risk for HIV. HIV is transmitted by UNPROTECTED vaginal or anal sex or sharing iv needles. Oral sex is also not a risk. No one has ever been documented, proven to have gotten HIV from giving or receiving oral sex in all these years. saliva and air inactivate the virus.

As stated, you had no risk, so no, you do not need to test for no risk exposures.
