Do trans post-op transmit HIV through no secretion?

Hey I'm sorry to bother but I really need help. I had unprotected sex with a transgender post-op 3 month ago, and I got ARS 4 days later. However, from what I know, they just don't have any secretion that carry HIV virus. So am I safe?

You can't get ARS in 4 days.

If you had anal sex then a risk. If not, well I don't know that much about trannies to know what is what after an operation.

Thank you very much for your answer.
Not an anal sex, the "vaginal" one.
p.s I got symptoms 4 days after and all recovered 8~9 days after.
So it's for sure that these symptoms were not related to HIV right?
