Can hiv symptoms appear within 10days from exposure?

Symptoms like red or pink coloured rashes with a white tip on back, some pink bumps on forehead, red small dots on hands on the upper palms, on fingers and the wrist area. Also red or pinkish bltiches on the legs and one or two red bumps with white tip on the neck... Can this kind of symptoms appear within a week or 10days from exposure?

Double bagging or using two condoms together for vaginal sex which lasted for 2-5 mins and when I pulled out semen was inside the condom only then I separated both and water tested it by filling them with water and hanging it for 1-2hrs but could not find water leaking out.... So just worried if virus could have passed through the leakage which was so minute that water couldn't pass even but may be the virus could. Although it was latex material but may be it has passed through I worry.... So please give a detailed explanation on my concern as I am having those rashes within 10days it started around 7th or 8th day and today is the 11th day... So plz explain
when did this exposure take place?
Never mind, this is the exposure you ALREADY wrote about where you were told no risk.  The answer hasn't changed.  Period. HIV is never diagnosed by symptoms.   When someone has a REAL risk (you did not), they take a test and that determines HIV.   You can't get HIV from a non risk event.  Reminder of the risks for the last time :  unprotected vaginal or anal sex (with protection) and sharing IV drug needles.
Then what about the symptoms like rashes I am having and what about the leakage concern do u know? Like may be the leakage was so small that water could not pass but the virus did? And do I need testing after 3months?
Zero to do with HIV. You had no risk.  Only the head of the penis needs to be covered and you never needed to test for HIV the first time. You seem to be ignoring the fact making this an anxiety problem. Anxiety is what you need to talk to your doctor about.
