Don’t know when the condom break

I  had anal sex with a man. I inserted him with a condom for a while. After that, I pulled out my penis and began masturbation myself. After masturbating for a while, I found that the condom broken. I didn't know when the condom broke. I didn't see whether the condom was well when I pulled out of the penis.

If a condom fails it rips down the seam and hangs in tatters. Obviously it didn't happen while you were inserting or it would have been ripped when you pulled out. This is not the first time that you have had a problem determining what happened, so consider therapy to help you deal with your fears..  https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Unsure-about-HIV-Risk/show/3062691

If the condom broke in the anus, and then I pull it out, the condom was still on my penis, will I notice it? Because I didn't see the condom when I pulled it out. I am sorry for my overthinking, but I really want your professional answer!
Unless you had your eyes shut you would notice the fact it was ripped so much.
Thank you!

When you pull out of an anus or a vagina and the condom pulls off in the process, the tip of your penis is covered so it is most often safe. As long as the head is covered.  You say condom break though and yes, you'd notice that.
That is to say, even if I didn’t see the condom when I pull off my penis, the condom was still  complete at that time?
Sounds like it to me but I was not there.  I think you have a lot of anxiety and are getting trapped by that.  Making you question question question in a loop.  Even if you had a condom break (which you DID NOT), the risk is less than 1%. Let that sink in.
Thankyou!
