Doubt regarding testing method

I visited a barbershop in India which are not hygienic. I had a pimple on the head near my ear and the barber cut me by razor. It had bled and he then wiped the blood with cotton. After that, I had done antibody test after 103 days which was negative. We usually call a nurse who comes to our home and collects blood. I am concerned about the method of his blood collection. The nurse first injected the needle and then put the blood in the jar and after 15 seconds,he put the lid on the jar. I am concerned that in that 15 seconds, air might have entered the jar and could it possibly give any error in the result of the test?

I have heard that virus dies in few minutes once it is exposed to air. Can the air gotten in the blood collection bottle could possibly kill the antibodies and could it possibly give error in the result?
You don't have any medical background so it is unrealistic for you to doubt the science and think you have figured how the test can't work and the scientist who invented it didn't think of your idea. It is abnormal to test for HIV after a barber shop cut because you obviously didn't have any HIV risk, and worse to also think the test doesn't work. Talk to your doctor about this because your ideas are not realistic because they are not scientific.
Thank you sir, for answering my question !
