Dr. I am a little worried about whether my behavior is risky

Hello Doctor, a few days ago I had an appointment with a woman on the Internet, during which I fingered him, and later found that the middle fingernail was red in the middle of the bath, and there were two blood spots inside the front of the nail cover. Then I didn't bring a condom back and forth in her genitals, rubbing, and then there were two small polyp-like pieces in my urethra, especially red. I could see that the mucous membrane was damaged and there were red blood lines. 1. I would like to ask if the wound on the tip of my finger is formed in her vagina, will there be a risk of infection if she comes into full contact with her secretion. Because I can be sure that there was no such wound before. 2. My urethra has a damaged mucous membrane, rubbing her genitals, striking her genitals, but not inserted into it, is there a risk?

You already got an answer on this.  No matter how many times you ask, the answer won't change.  No risk.  The only ways adults get HIV is unprotected vaginal or anal sex with penetration or sharing of IV drug needles.  That's it.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus and you had no risk whatsoever.
