ELISA (HIV) test accurate at 6 weeks

Has an accurate greater or equal than 90% the ELISA (HIV) test at 6 weeks?
(only Yes or Not or I don´t know)

If you knew the answer why ask?
There are numerous threads on times to positive in the archives.
All tests are approved for 3 month conclusive negative results until the FDA or organisation similar to the FDA in your own country reduce the window time.

There are older generation tests still in use, even in industrial countries. Someone on the forum checked up with the tecting centre they used andwas told it was a first generation ELISA.

you only say 3 months for legal purposes but  really i heard as little as 6 weeks reliable.
