EXTREME ANXIETY OVER POSSIBLE HIV INFECTION

Hello, and thanks for being here.

two months ago (55days) i had protected anal sex with a CSW. At that time i had a herpes sore at my penis which was covered by the condom. The condom didn't break
Since the moment i  left i started been extremely anxious. I started thinking that might the sore got exposed cause it was in the middle of the penis and i got infected.
On the 3d day i started feeling my throat weird. On the 5th day i developed low grade fever (37) which came and go for around 7 days.
The doctor said it was a light faryngitis.
On the 6th day i took PCR HIV-1 and a ab/ag hiv-1,2 ECLIA test which both came negative.
On the 15th day i took another PCR-1 HIV-1 test ehich came negative
On the 32nd day i took a ag/ab HIV1,2 EIA test which came negative.
On the 50 day i had a severe genital herpes outbreak (from the extreme anxiety according to the doctor)
which caused a sweeling in my groin area which lasted for 1 day.
On the 51 day i took another PCR HIV-1 test and ag/ab HIV1,2 test which both came negative.
On the 53d day i took a ag/ab HIV 1,2  ECLIA test (from another laboratory) which also came negative.

Most of that time (55 days) i feel my throat weird. Some times it feels normal.
The doctor (HIV specialist) says that my risk was low and i should stop testing and that results are conclusive at 53 days. According to her i should get back in my normal life.
I forgot to mention that i'm in a stable relationship and regrets are allover me all that time as well as the fear that i may infect her if i get back in normal life.

Are my tests conclusive?  What are the chances all that symptoms developed just by anxiety?

Thanks again for your time!

You are so right! It was the stupidest think i did on so many aspects...

Could you inform me on one last thing?
Being HSV-2 positive could infect the window period for hiv and delay the antibodies presence?

Thank you in advance

Thanks a lot for your answer.
Assuming that all these were hiv symptoms should the test come positive? Or it could still need time?

Thanks again!

Your assumption is faulty. You need to reread the advice part about only sex risks because the science is 40 years old.
Also condom is poor protection against herpes so you should either refrain from sex or advise others when you have active sores in case they don't already have herpes.

Your doctor seems to have diagnosed your throat correctly  but you could go for a second opinion but it isn't HIV related, because the condom protected you from HIV.

You claim you had lots of symptoms but really it is just the throat because herpes is unpredictable and follows no pattern generally although different things can set it off.

The good news is you wasted your time testing so you don't have to think about the tests anyway.
Yes you should follow the HIV doctor's advice and stop testing.
Only sex risks are penetrating unprotected vaginal or anal sex but your condom protected you, so you had no HIV risk.
