Effectiveness of PrEP

I have been on PrEP for 4 years and do not miss any doses. I usually bottom with new partners and still utilize condoms. I have been seeing someone casually for the last month and after having a conversation about our sexually history decided that I wanted to try being on top because he said
that even though he's not on PrEP he recently tested negative for HIV and other STD's and has not been having sex because of the pandemic. The last two times that I've met with this person, I've been on top without using a condom and ejaculated inside him. Last time we met he casually brought up that he met with another person on a work trip and was the receptive partner for this person without condoms. I had sex with this person a week ago and he was on his work trip two weeks ago. If he contracted HIV from the work trip
encounter, will the PrEP be sufficient to protect me from contracting HIV? I know I should feel confident with the effectiveness of PrEP, but it's difficult to control my anxiety because I usually don’t have sex without condoms.

If you have difficulty controlling your anxiety then I suggest you use condoms. You've been on this med since 2017, so you know the effectiveness from the package inserts.  https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Window-Period-For-HIV-Testing/show/3051347
