Ejaculation on face , eye and mouth from a shemale escort

I met shemale who was too ... I licked her penis whole deep throating..I tasted a drop or two of precum.
I had brushed teeth one hour before. And I had a tiny small blood after brushing in one gum and teeth connection which didn't leak after a minute.
She used condoms during all types of penetrating sex.
But when she came, I lay on bed she cum too much to my mouth but some went on my eye . I understood this because after 10 seconds I spat out all sperm from mouth but when spitting my eye started burning like hell... I wiped with antiseptic wipe.
Then she gave me prostate massage so that I cum. so after 10 minutes of her cum I went to bathroom , washed my mouth with hot water and my eye with water but for 10 seconds only. Then I also put saliva in my eye and when I left I had my eye open to window of car so it dries.
I am terrified from DrHood answer whi suggested PeP to similar situation however CDC says negligible risk.
Also last six months maybe I have some type of urethrae infection.
I tell this if it's lowering my immune so hiv will cause infection.
Last two days I feel pains and aches to all body ..tonsils, limbs, neck , feet , hands....
I am still in 72 hrs for taking Pep. Should I start?

Hello.  So, first, let me tell you the risks of HIV. The ONLY risks are having unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV needles.  This should make you feel better as you had zero risk.  Since most people here need more than just that statement, let me explain that air and saliva inactivate the virus.  Ejaculate will not infect you through oral or your eye.  Air and saliva will render the virus inactive. And since she was faithful using condoms for penetration, she likely is careful.  She doesn't want to get hiv from you so the condom works both ways.  Protects her AND you.  There is no risk from anything you describe.  You, therefore, do not need to test and you do not need pep.  PEP is pretty difficult to take as it has a lot of side effects and is reserved only for a risk such as having sex with someone KNOWN to have HIV that was unprotected insertion of the penis to anus or vagina.  You do not qualify and that is a good thing.  No risk.
