Encounter with SW in Dubai Massage Parlor
I made a regretful decision to go to a Dubai massage parlor without realizing some key differences between home and here.
For one, they give blowjobs without condoms here (which I did not get)
But 4 things happened which I’d like to discuss.
1) I sucked her nipples
2) we kissed. I tried to keep my mouth shut but at one point she put her tongue in my mouth twice. I pulled back both times. This is complicated because I had a tooth extraction done two weeks prior and it might still have an open wound
3) she put her vagina on my penis for about 1 second while shifting. I told her immediately to not do that and she stopped.
4) she gave me a hand job
I am not too worried about #4 but decently worried about #3 and #1. What I am most worried about is #2.
Am I at risk for HIV or other STD’s? I feel like Dubai has more risk due to unsafe practices by sex workers here (for example only condom blowjobs happen in my home country)

Thank you for the reply. You have probably been asked this one million times (and apologies for making this one million + 1) but doesn’t the USA CDC claim that deep open mouth kissing could be a potential cause of transmission?
The only reason I have any lingering concern is I current have a pretty deep gaping hole in my gums where my wisdom tooth was. It is definitely not fully healed, but it is not actively bleeding. Although I do taste a metallic taste if I put my tongue in.

The risk is theoretical. The CDC lists all sorts of theoretical risks that have never resulted in infection.
Please move on from this event. You had no risk for HIV.

You have a real risk of something like strep throat when you kiss someone who kisses everyone in town though. hiv risk=0

Condoms are the most effective way to prevent HIV and STDs.
PrEP is used by people with high risk to prevent HIV infection.
Can I get HIV from surfaces, like toilet seats?
Can you get HIV from casual contact, like hugging?
Frequency of HIV testing depends on your risk.
Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) may help prevent HIV infection.
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.
You don't need to worry about any of those activities, as none of them present ANY risk for HIV. There is no "what if" that you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV.
