Encounter yestereday and last week and the week before need help!!!

1st encounter 4 weeks ago with SW in US Asian Korean AMP Oral unprotected on me
2nd encounter 3 weeks ago same place Korean AMP Oral unprotected on me
3rd encounter 2 weeks ago same place Korean AMP Oral unprotected on me
4th encounter US Caucasian woman late 30's. High end escort lots of wet oral both ways unprotected and protected intercourse she was very very wet. Condom stayed intact from what I can see.

Afterwards she (woman in 30's total me about all her health problems which now has kept me up for a few nights..she Candida, lupus etc.. she said they did tons of blood work on her for 4 mo before being diagnosed with this... still has me worried. She has worked in the "biz for 15+ years.. HELP I am terrified.

Never doing this again!!! I am a straight male fwiw.

Should I PEP?

Risks for HIV are:
1)  Having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2)  Sharing intravenous needles.

NOTHING else you can think of is a risk for HIV.  There is no detail you could add to this event to make it a risk for HIV.  You don't need any testing and you absolutely do not need PEP since you had no risk.
