Received Vigorous Fellatio without protection from commercial sex worker after having 15 oz of whiskey in 2 hrs (But not Blackout).
Symptoms:
From Day 3-10.
Frequent Bowel Movements (But not Diarrhea) & Frequent Urination (But not with irritation)
Pain in right testicles
Sore Throat.
Dehydrated
Fatigue
Slight Itching & Feeling like some virus is moving from my spinal to whole body.
Day 3-10
Took enough & mixed antibiotics overdose (Ceftriaxone 250mg IM, Azithromycin, levoflaxacin, metronidazole 500mg, Acyclovir 400mg) in random on assuming might have contracted Gonorrhea / Chlamydia / Herpes / Syphilis as self prescription because of problem in approaching medical facility for STD.
Day 10
Travelled to home country and Tested Neg for HIV, HSV 1&2, Syphilis, Gonorrhea & Chlamydia, Hep A, Hep B, Hep C
Diagnosed with Fatty liver in USG.
(PS: Drunk at least 10 oz of whiskey thrice weekly for a month in prior to the exposure.
But no changes in body metabolism.
Drunk at least 15 oz of whiskey on the day of exposure)
From Day 10-Till Date
Body Dehydration
Dry Eyes
Head Ache
Sleep disturbance.
Anxiety and Stress to the max.
Constant pain in upper stomach area.
Constant pain / muscle spasm in lower back, left wrist, both biceps & triceps
Day 35.
Tested Negative for
HIV (Duo with 4th gen Ab & P24 Ag)
HSV 1 Igg, HSV 1 Igm, HSV 2 Igg, HSV 2 Igm
HBV (HBsAg)
HCV (Ab)
Syphilis (TPHA & RPR)
Chlamydia (Total Ag)
Gonorrhea
Micro plasma
Urea plasma
3-5 pus cells found in urine culture otherwise normal.
Day 40.
Had CT Scan with contrast for abdominal pain
Day 40-45
Some blister with yellow pustules of 2-3mm in biceps, under arm, upper chest looks like with infected hair follicle.
Pain in back of neck.
Extreme pain in lower back.
Tested negative for kidney impairment
Diagnosed with Hypothyroidism Level: 6.5 (0.5 - 4.2 Max)
Day 50 (on Dec 1st)
Waiting to get tested by flying to home country
As still with lot of symptoms related to anyone STI, willing to test for overall chances.
Need suggestion on testing with 50 days / 7 weeks after last exposure on considering window periods.
