Exposure in thailand?

Im a late 30's curcumsized hetro male and married.

Long story short i ended up in bed with a thai prostitute from
A bar in bangkok.  We went to my room and took
A shower together no real kissing since actually i didnt want to have sex i was just lonely.  We rolled around in bed just sort of wrestling while i masterbated.  She said "do you have condom" said no and no sex.  I played and sucked on her nipples and no she wasnt lactating.  So after a bit of this i was getting tired and told her me ejactulating wasnt really important so i laid back down on my back, she put my penis in her mouth and started to suck, it felt good of course but i didnt want to do it so i quickly saying no thanks no sex please.  She seemed kind of not upset but bothered, so i said if its important to you i asked her to dance and while she danced and touched herself i masterbated and ejactulated.

I assumed my risk was pretty low but i dont get any sex at home
Much either and i knew my annual physical for my job was coming soon.  So i did an HIV test about 8months post exposure and negative.  I figured i was good to go but the information and such keeps haunting me.  I know what your going to say but since my negative hiv test my wife was wanting a baby so we have had sex a few times and now we have both had some similar symptoms "earthquake feelings in body" she has fatigue and i have roseacia a little and itchy eyes.

I cant find anything on the earthquake feeling but i did she about neuropathy

Nothing you mention is a risk for infection.  Even if you had a risk, you tested long outside the window period.  Whatever you guys are experiencing is not HIV
