Exposure to Menstrual Blood

Hi Doctor,
I had  Sexual intercourse with female sex workers last night, and after  vaginal intercourse I found that there was blood on the condom(not many), that may be menstrual,I took off the condom, and  found the condom without any breakage and shedding.

After useing the bathroom tissue to clean the penis ,I found there was very very little body fluids which looks like the blood on it ,and my Penis have no obvious bleeding wound  .Can I get infected with HIV by this situation?

I inserted her vagina with my finger,I didn't remeber is there any blood on my finger, and when She did me a oral sex,I used this finger to tuch my glans, someone said HIV can only live a few seconds in the air,so that means it is also no risk about this situation?

Hope for your help an answer
