Extremely worried over possible exposure

I had a random encounter with another male whose hiv status was unknown. I asked his status which he said no but thinking back now he was slow to respond no and it didn't sound too convincing. We participated in mutual masterbation and he inserted his finger into my anus a couple times. On the last time he got up and took off before either of us finished. After 2 weeks i noticed my neck was very sore and the lymph nodes on the back of my neck were bigger than normal. I developed a rash on my upper thigh which my doctor said looked like a heat rash but it lasted about 2 weeks. I was extremely tired even after a good nights rest. I am still feeling this fatigue and its months later. I generally do not feel all that well along with the tiredness. I did not have any fever at all but maybe some brief nausea.
I have read all over that fingering doesn't carry a risk of his transmission regardless of cut, scrapes, or nicks. My concern is that this person was hiv positive, lied about it, and purposely tried to infect me with hiv by cutting his finger and inserting a bleeding finger into my anus. It was dark so I did not see his fingers and he could have easily cut himself without me noticing. Could I have contracted hiv through this exposure or am I stressing out over nothing? Please help, going crazy

Can I please ask why this is not possible this way? Wouldn't that be blood transferred?

Also the person I was seeing came down with a really bad flu for a week, less than a month after my initial symptoms, and also had prolonged fatigue and feeling unwell.  Which made me even more suspicious of the supposed no risk incident.  Could it be possible hiv was transmitted from my incident?

Nothing to be worried about but stress can surely cause your unwell feeling.

Thank you. I'm just extremely stressed over this incident and the ongoing fatigue and general unwell feeling. Is there anything else I should be worried about over this incident?

No you dont. Even if he cut his finger, HIV is not spread that way.

Thanks for your response. However, you say why would someone intentionally infect another person. I don't know,  but some people are just evil and why would the person take off immediately after inserting their finger?  I just can't explain my symptoms after this encounter. Before I was energetic and felt great. Now, after the rash, nausea and fatigue... I'm tired all the time and generally do not feel well. Are you saying that if a fresh bleeding finger of an hiv positive person was inserted into another persons anus then there is no risk? Do I need to have a test over this incident?

Hi, your stressing out over nothing and why would he cut his finger to intentionally infect you? You had no risk so please try not to imagine things that would not happen.
