Hello every
I have a tendency to pull at the skins on the tips of my fingers (quite badly in fact). On this particular night the tip of my thumb was a bit raw from having pulled on the skins earlier that day (though not bleeding). More importantly, on the way home with the sex workers I bit off the skins alongside my thumb nail. And i get one fsw on street (90% certain iv drug) and she did an oral sex with condom in me. and then we have sex with the same condom. ( the condom is intact). But with fear of slippage i put my fingers in condom to secure that. but sometimes i fell her vagina touching my thumb. this occur in less than 5 min. when finished I took the condom and gave it a knot with my thumb. i kiss her breast to.  

i am very worried, please advise me. i already done one vikia hiv 1\2 rapid test (24 days later) and the result was negative.
i know is two early but my anxiety is killing me.
Can i had contracted any std and special HIV?

Even if she was hiv +, do i need further testing?
i am so worried because now 4 weeks after i have irritate sore trout, with one lymph node in my jaw and other in my groin area, and some thrush in my mouth.
even with this symptoms could i relax.
