False negatives from 2011?

I had three negative 3rd gen Elisa only test done at least 2 years after possible exposure in 2011(condom slip/break with CSW and cunninglingus)  I'm having some symptoms and now worry maybe those test were false negatives back then.

What are your thoughts on this. Thank you

1. If one could not produce antibodies to hiv would they then in turn be a rapid progressor to aids?

Ive read there are some reasons for false neg as such

2. hemoglanemia (never produce antibodies) *spelling
3. hep c coinfection
4. seronegative infection
5. non clade b infection

Back when I was reading this forum in 2011 it seemed unlikely but what about now?

Thank you for your time.

Let's get to understand your risk, did you see your condom break or slip to expose your urethra?

There is nothing called as 'possible exposure' in context to a condom failure, if it fails it is evident.

Oral sex is not a risk. Inspite what seems to be a non-exposure, I am going to tell you this, false negatives only occurs in one condition:

Being on ARV drugs and testing inside of the window period.

No other medicine or general drugs or any disease can make you immuno-compromised to not form detectable amount of antibodies to HIV infection.

I suggest you see a general practitioner for your ailments, it doesn't seem to be specific to HIV.
