Finally results came negative relaxed

Hello all , I'll brief my history , had protected exposure 3 months back ( not knowing status of my condom whether it was intact r broken ) developed pain abdomen n diarrhoea aftr 2 Weeks , HIV tests aftr 20 days non reactive ( by standard method ) , 3 months of long wait today repeated my HIV tests ECLIA ( it's 4 th generation Ab detection kit ) non reactive n westernblot confirmatory test absolutely negative ( not even single bands detected ).

So with this confirmation can move ahead with my life ?
these long 3 months were literally created an havoc in my life , so terrible I was dying everyday t complete these window periods , so finally my results proved n saved my life , thnk u all for ur gr8 help n assurance during these days .God bless u all . Hope I'll never come again this site n ask for assurance , thnk u all guys .

My symptoms - after 2 Weeks of exposure developed severe pain abdomen n diarrhoea,  with the use of antibiotics my diarrhoea subsided in few days but I was having persistent pain abdomen for about 1 and half month , I never experienced any other symptoms like fever , cough , lymph nodes , rashes any othr flu like symptoms , so with my results I can analyse above symptoms are because of food poisoning and chronic persistent pain abdomen was because of medication side effects + anxiety .
so anyone come across similar symptoms like me can expect negative results by the end of window periods , bye all
