Fish HIV blood in my mouth ,via touching HIV fresh blood HIV risk

As mike_no wisely told you, this isn't a risk.  Air inactivates the virus.  So, exposing your finger is not an HIV transmission risk.

Below are the only risk for HIV transmission in adults:
1. Unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse
2. Sharing needles intravenously to inject drugs with other people.

Since your risk is not mentioned in the above two situation, you had no risk.

Touched fresh HIV blood then I put my hands inside my mouth immediately of which I have bleeding gums n sores. HIV risk?
Fresh blood have to be withdrawn from a needle syringe and directly injected to another person blood stream is they only effective route of transmission rather than ingested infected hiv blood like you mentioned above is not a risk.
What of my fingers were they exposed to HIV fresh blood of I had a 5minutes fresh cut before I got exposed to the fresh HIV blood?
