Foreplay and no intercourse

If a man has only foreplay like hugging, smooching, cuddling, kissing (not lip to lip kiss) after removing dress but without inserting penis into the girl's vagina ie' only foreplay and no intercourse, is there any chance that he may catch hiv? Particularly when there was no contact with the sexual fluids or saliva?

Thank you very much.  If the score of HIV antibody Elisa test is 0.34 after 2 days from the date of foreplay, then is it necessary to do this test again to confirm that there is no window period?
There is no "window period" for no-risk activities that you describe.  You did not even need one test, which is negative by the way.  You definitely don't need another test.  You had ZERO RISK for HIV.
Thank you very much.
