Sex with prostitute, hiv risk in this scenario?

Hello , my name is rick im a 28 year old guy, uncircumcised, last week i engaged in vaginal sex with a sex worker, she was like 25 years old, and she looked clean, i used a condom all the time for oral sex and vaginal sex, intercourse was short, maybe 3 to 4 minutes, my penis was not fully erected, i would say a 70% erected than normal i was a little nervous because im a little bit anxious by the way, after vaginal intercourse i took off the condom and i masturbated with my rigth hand while i was touching the girls vagina with my left hand, my question is: what are the risks of catching hiv in this scenario? taking in consideration this points:

1.The HIV prevalence among sex workers in my country is estimated to be 1,5% to 2%.
2. Im a little bit worried because i was not fully erected, can this decrease the condom effectiveness?
3. Im also worried because i masturbated with the same hand that i took the condom off, is this risky?

Im planning to get tested at 4 weeks post exposure,I would appreciate your opinions and help, thanks.

You had no risk and a test would be a waste of time.

You had no risk and would be a waste of time. the condom only needs to protect the head, so that happened or else it would have fallen off. You are safe and it doesn't matter if 100% of them have HIV.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.

Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from the situation you are concerned about so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.
