Gay sex

Hello everyone...I am guy from India i used to have unprotected anal sex with unknown partner regularly till march 2011....after knowing the risk i stopped having unprotected sex for Last one year after one year i tested by Tridot method which came to be negative....... while having this test i was on medication for hemorrhoids....my questions are        
1-Is these Result conclusive?
2-Does medication on hemorrhoids affect my results anyway?  
3- Is there any different method to check HIV for gay anal sex or method of testing doesn't matter ?

For the exposure you describe a test 1 year after is conclusive.
1. Yes
2. No
3. Your test is reliable and gives conclusive results

It doesnt matter whether you are gay or straight. What matters here is that you tested 1 year after your last exposure (with no other exposure in between) and your result came back negative.

mam actuaaly i had a anal sex with a gay......is this test suffecient or we have to do diiferent test for identifying hiv when we have anal sex with gay
