Genuine risk

I had been scratching scabs on my fingers(i have occasional outbreaks of eczema) and some blood may have smeared on my fingers and got under my fingernails,  i then touched a tap and a family member immediately used the same tap after me( he literally used it a second later), i dont think the the blood was fresh on my hands, maybe a few minutes old, but it may have gotten on to the tap which was then immediately used(within 5 seconds). Should i be worried about passing HIV to my family member? This seems to be a genuine risk event(i am currently waiting to be tested for a low risk event).

So if a family member touched my blood the risk would be low of them catching HIV, is that the bottom line?

I know this is a low risk, i should really get on top of this, its driving me nuts. Thanks for the reply tho, its much appreciated.
