Getting Scared to Death - Please help

I am from Gujarat, India. This episode of mistake and foolishness happened on 30th June, 2011. I had an encounter with a Commercial Sex Worker from Bombay. First I fingered her. Then we went on to have bath. After the bath I touched her clits with the unprotected tip of my penis. Then we went on to have protected vaginal sex. The first condom slipped so I changed and put another one. This act was her on top of me. I didn't reach orgasm so I removed protection and she sucked me unprotected and I came a bit in her mouth. Then finally she gave me a hand job. Thereafter in about next three hours I sucked her breasts thrice and deep fingered her vagina during that time. I don't know her HIV and STD status. I had mild headache, loss of appetite, indigestion, sweating, feeling restless and sleep-ness since the day I was with her. There after on 9th July, 2011 I got tested and the results are as under :

My 8 day PCR RNA test results which reads as under :

Test : Quantification of HIV - 1 RNA by standard procedure on COBAS Taq Man - 48
Method : COBAS Taq Man - 48 with Manual Extraction
Target Selection : Highly Conserved Sequence of Gag gene is selected for amplification and detection
Limit of detection : 47 copies / ml (28.2 IU/ml)
Measuring Range : 47-10,000,000 copies / ml (28.2 IU/ml - 6,000,000 IU/ml)
Result : TARGET NOT DETECTED

I am asking this because I got shingles before about 3 weeks and this is making me worried and making my life hell and scary with the thoughts that I am infected.
Consider the Indian Scenario for my case since its different than the USA - UK or other countries I believe.
Please reply soon.

My questions are :

1. What are the chances of me being infected if she was HIV positive?
2. Please can you comment on the result? Can this be considered reliable that I am not infected?
3. Taking a PCR - DNA Test today was adequate and reliable to know my status?

You never had an exposure. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Shingles is an after effect of having had chickenpox's, nothing at all to do with HIV.

Teak

You said shingles (Herpes Zoster) has nothing to do with HIV but I read on so many sites that in second phase of HIV its the first infection to get usually. Whats your opinion on that?

If you don't have unprotected sex, you won't contract HIV.

Thanks Teak.. that was a huge relief for me.

One last question that lingers in my mind. What are the chances of negative male getting infected by positive female and negative female getting infected by a positive male. This is just by sheer anxiousness and for my knowledge.

Thanks once again for the great work done by you here.

Shingles has nothing to do with HIV, you never had an exposure.

Do you suggest that I take any HIV test after taking that 8 day PCR RNA test which showed that I am not infected?

After the shingles episode last 10 days have been devastating.

I take your replies very seriously.

Please note the exposure was in 2011.

If and only if you have unprotected penetration, then you were at risk. HIV RNA test are not typically used for diagnosing HIV, but antibody tests. I think your test might be too soon. Take a DUO/4th generation test at 4 weeks. If negative, repeat at 12 for conclusive result.
